***I beat the game twice on realistic but got no achievement***

Same with me I was off for like 8 hours

We are currently investigating the issue of some players having their ranks being reset on X360. It would expedite our investigations if those affected could answer the questions below in this thread:

1. 2/3 of the way to first sergeant

3. nothing, it just happened when i went to play the game

4. hmm... well it happened after a few short terrorist hunt games

(my gamertag is harajukugrrl)

is UBI gonna be able to bring peoples ranks back? do they have some history of players and their ranks so they could see everyone whos rank suddenly dropped down to the first rank? i havent had the problem, but I heard it happens when you have the dashboard guide open when youre starting the game up. and then it asks you to create a character, DONT DO IT, go back out to the dashboard and you wont lose your rank.

I have my accomplishments to prove that I was at my lvl (officer medal, 1000 kills medal, all weapons medal) but I still highly doubt any of us will get our ranks and aces back. Which is sad because the way I see it we are being punished because of a glitch in their game when we spent 60$ on it. More than likely they will find a solution for the problem but won't be able to help us and will just say sorry...

i just turned my xbox360 off to have dinner and the next thing i know im back to the start so i started again but now its happend again twice now !!

Thats not it, I was on Vegas and I got off, and didn't get back on for 8 hours, when I got on(I never went to dashboard) I was a recruit.

my rank got reset from last night as well....are we gonna be able to get our ranks back because i still have me achievements but nothing else...

2. 1 (1 controller was connected but I have two, other one was not connected at the time.)

3. Nothing, I turned off the X Box and went on the computer for about a hour or so and came back and rank was reset.

4. I think I took like a 1-3 hour break from the game and I came back on and my rank was reset. (Dont know if this helps though, my brothers rank on his account was not reset and he is a Captain I think, the one with the two silver bars)

Please can Ubisoft please get our ranks up back to where they were? Because as of now im not gonna play the game anymore until I find out what happens. I've heard that this has happened numerous times to people, so i dont want it happening to me again until it is resolved.

3. Rainbow Six Vegas 2, went into outfitting and the game froze, but it was still making noises. I tried to access the dashboard and heard the dashboard popup, but I couldn't see it. So I restarted the Xbox and when I next went on Rainbow, the rank was reset.
