My DVD-RW drive can not read the disc which means i cant install it. the copy is legitimate
On the back of the pack, it reads, this game contains techology intended to precent copying that may conflict with some DVD-RW.
How can i fix this problem? i m pretty sure other hardware devices on my computer match the minium requirement of the game.

By the way, when my DVD drive try to read the disc, it pops out a erro mssg: redundency error.

It could mean you have a corrupt file!
Make sure the disk is clean and not scratched.

Try a different drive if you have one, it could be that particular drive can't read the disk for whatever reason, but another one may be able to!

Are you trying to do this on a cdrom that can copy disks? It wont work, has to be a cd rom only it thinks you r going to copy it!
