When I do a search for story or terrorist matches on XBox Live the search always comes back blank.

I can search for team matches (deathmatch etc...) but when it searches for story or terrorist it comes back with no games found within seconds (as if it is not searching).

My network settings are all open (nat etc..) and my broadband connection is 5mb, my brother who is the same rank as me and has a slower broadband connection - 2mb can find plenty of games when we both search at the same time.

Other people can also see my games because if I set-up a terrorist of story game then people joing my game.

Any ideas as it is getting annoying not being able to find matches.

before today 6/3/2008
i had no problem when my m8 setup a sever and i cant see it

Hi pop, sorry for the slow response. I've noted this same issue posted in other threads and will be looking into it but in the meantime can I check when you search are you trying all available search filters? and still coming up with nothing ?

Yes I'm trying the search filters set to all and I've also tried narrowing it down to individual filter settings, certain maps, differently difficulty levels and english etc... but still get the same reponse - no games found.

I've been talking to my brother on XBL at the time and we've both had exactly the same filters set and also the filters set to all - he can find lots of games but mine comes up blank.

As I've said I've got a 5mb connection and all my network settings (nat etc..) are all open.
