Thats what everybody wants to know i dont have it the only way is by reseting your rank IM NOT DOING IT ill wait for a patch hopefully we will get one soon.

I WANT MY ELITE BACK TOOOOO! This is the dumbest glitch i have ever seen. If i don't get my rank returned by ubi then i am going to quit this stupid ass rainbow **** franchise and go play some Gaylo 3 and Call of Duty 4. SORRY i din't check the forums for glitches before my rank reset. I have never had to do that for any other games but hey rainbow **** is hitting a new low.

The creators of this game need to have alot of people test out all the glitchs and achievements before you realease a popular game like this. There are about 15 things wrong with this game, the worst one that really upsets me is the maps they need better and newer maps, it seemed like u guys were really lazy and decided to copy maps from other tom clancys games in the past, it doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out that people are not going to play a game with so many mistakes like the all time biggest mistake was 'RANK RESETS' come on. And the only reason why i still have the game is cause all my friends play it. Otherwise this game would of been thrown in the trash can!!

Exactly but mine may still get thrown in the trash can.

Wish there was a bug to reduce people ranks if they boosted, I think its unfair to those who work hard to achieve their good ranks, and it reduces the respect earned from gaining such rank, as many people would presume you had boosted to gain the rank.

I got to elite legitimatly the first time but i am seriously contemplating boosting in Pyreenes in order to get it again. It only seems fair to me: a glitch in the game took my elite so a glitch can give it back.

iv had a lot of fun playing this game with my friends who were all about the same rank as me. mine was reset a few days ago and so far ubisoft has shown no competence in fixing the matter.. they wont even respond to their players on the forums and when trying to email them i always get it back saying it wouldnt send.. I dont care about getting my rank back its just the ACES that were a pain

Yeah all theyve done is ackknowledge that there is a problem. Basically your screwed if it happened to you.

once this update comes out will it bring the ranks back or will we still have to work back to good ol elite again? luckily i havn't lost mine, but my mate we went through it all together and even got to elite in the same game, then he tells me he's gotta go comes back 5 mins later with no elite rank or guns no more.
man we kicked ass together :/ with our fave guns and clan customs colours, but now he's like only barely got the second rank

I don't know, it made me pick a gender and so on, but didn't reset my rank?!

Im p*ssed off about this. i was 1 away from elite and then my rank is taken away, i ahve to do all the aces and everythin all over again.

Worst of it is people now think that i had my rank taken away because i glitched to get it. That cant be as far from the truth, i worked my fingers hard to get to that rank, spend endless hours shooting the **** out of terrorists and other players. You only have to look at the dates i got the achievements to know i didnt glitch.

I want my rank back either that ir i want a full refund. Ubishaft and microshaft are really playing with fire when playing with their loyal fans. We deserve better than tis and i expect better than this. I have not played the game since the rank reset and i do not plan on playin it until my rank has been restored.

I think we should all take the game back to the shops and emand a full refund, see how Ubishaft like it when they realise that their sales are not as big as they first thought.

I knew i was robbed when i played and finished the game to find it was more of an expansion that an original game but i let that drop simply because i am a fan of rainbow six, but im not letting this drop.

I want answer ubisoft and i want my rank back!!!

Just happend to me today. My little brother has been working his ass off, and just got to a Captain, then BAM, restart. He really upset and your helping AFTER the fact. God damn, i don't mean to sound rude but this is bullcrap, and Ubisoft isn't doing anything. At least make us back a Captain. Me and my bro just want our rank back. (at least we didn't lose our weapons)
But still, there a fault with the game, and you can't fix it, i think you should fix it ASAP.

I lost everything, ive nt checked the achievments yet so dunno if i lost them, but ive lost weapons, armour the ACES and everything else tat you gain while on yur way to the top. EVERYTHING got reset as if i had never been at the rank i was.

I have decided to boost my way back to lieutenent colonel, i wont be leaving my console on all night or anything i will just do the glitch on Ambush at the bomb. It s a glitch created by the game creators so im using it to my advantage. I still have to put a lot of work in, only not as much as i did the first time round.

Horrible thing about this is that i feel guilty for doing it when i know i shouldnt, i got my rank legitametly the first time round and it got taken away, im not doing it the same way again, it took me 3 weeks the first time.

All of my clan mates are either on elite or almost there and im at the begining again so boosting (or glitching, whichever it would be catagorised as) is the only way.

Appologies to ll those that disagree with boosting/glitching, i used to disagree too untill i got robbed.

id like to spawn in a middle of a board of directors meeting at Ubisoft with a SPAS12 in real life..or a louisville slugger bat..then they would get an idea of how their game works.

I DIDNT PAY $60 TO BE A EFFIN' BETA TESTER..

Yeah this happened to me last night but I luckily turned off my console before the game made any saves to my profile. I rebooted and got my character back - whew. I was not logged into my gamertag at start up, never do that again.

I actually hope they dont fix this becuase when i get to elite (one rank away) i want to reset my rank to get my private first class achievement. It would be even better if they made a patch so everyone who played RSV1 could get their PFC achievement.

Dude I got my elite like 4 weeks almost 1 month ago and its not easy to get elite so fast otherwise you boost it.
