its all good for ubisoft to tell us how not to get our rank reset after it has already been
i was a leutenent however you spell it grade 2 with the officer acheivement and all that stuff and i wanna know how long its gonna be until i am again
hurry up and sort it out because this is terrible from such a big game company

Easier to just say

"If you ever get the gender select screen anytime after having already created your character, something is up - hard boot your xbox without selecting a character gender"

ouch, i just got off with technical support and I wasnt aware of this rank reset issue, and my rank got resetted by accident

OH DEAR GOD! FIX THIS BUG I WANT MY SEARGANT MAJOR RANK WITH 24,000/30,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE UBISOFT SHOW SOME LOYALTY TO YOUR FAN BASE BY FIXING THE BUG... AND IF IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM I WOULD LIKE A REFUND

I lost my Warrant Officer rank today when I went to recover my profile from my friends xbox, along with two achievements! I put alot of time and effort into this-and now I have to do it all over... AGAIN!

when will this patch be ready????

All you crybabys who are so sickened by the fact that you lost your "Elite" status <chuckle chuckle> shouldn't be too put off. I mean how long did it take you to boost your way to "Elite?" anyway? Just spend another 14 hours straight boosting in team leader matches with all your other booster buddies and quit crying. If you earned your "Elite" ranking legit - I feel for ya, but anyone who was an Elite 1 week after the game came out, I have no sympathy for your sorry boostin a$$!!! IMHO

Its really not thtat diffucult i personally have only played the game fr 2 days. i am a warrant officer, there are some elites that boosted by glitching but i am proud to say i ahve not boosted to get where i am. but i sat down on a saturday andfternoon and gained 30000+ xp in a 6 hour period the game has eben out for a solid 2 weeks now so its extremley possible but it takes lots of time nad dedication happy to answer any more quesiotns just message me

IM Already senior sargent based on all nighter but I shouldnt have to put work in when we were mainly the game testers for Ubisoft only to get screwed. I bet the update wont come out for a week because they are counting their money. I mean Im a huge Ubisoft fan( I have every game they have made on the 360 so far and plan to continue buying them) But dont just sit here and watch your fans and players squirm that helped you to fix the glitch in your game.

i havent been reset or anything yet but is there anyway to get private first class without resetting my character and if not would i have to redo all of the a.c.e.s.? im already a sergeant major i believe.... but im crazy bout getting all of the achievements. of course i would probably lose my ballistic facemask also from being elite on first vegas...

help would be appreciated thanks

oops forgot also... no big deal really but i also got the acheivement for using knight in 1 scene but i never got the ribbon on the rewards screen my fiancee got both the achievement and ribbon. but oh well

Does anyone know if the rank rest resets your kill count for achivements like 150 terrorist kills or 50/150/300/... achievments? or does it just reset the rank and ACES points?

Lots of people have been boosting mate, you see alot off poor elites on multiplayer games now!

yea, first i was an elite and not even before i could play a game i was rest. maybe a week later i was back to a captain and it was reset again. ubisoft is there anyway that when the bug is fixed,the people that got their ranks reset can go buy there achivements and get there rank back?

Why is ubisoft telling us to take all of these precautions instead of fixing the problem? This game has so much **** wrong with it that I just feel like sending it back to ubisoft and getting my money back. The worst 70 dollars I ever spent!

UBI, What the hell? Thanks for the warning on how to avoid YOUR game borking us. I cant believe you took the time to post how to avoid this and not take the time to fix it.

Your games are going to turn into rentals at best, REAL fast if you keep this up.

i reset mine myself i got to elite so fast i knew by the time this game got boring id be there again, and i oculd geet the PFC achievement

What about the people that are useing that dame level glich in the story mode of the game

i want my Elite back this information dosent help me now. you can check my gamertag duxy92 for the Elite achievement can i get this Back?

All you gotta do is when you turn your xbox on just make sure it goes to dashboard and not game. THEN sign in then play game
