Ok, here's the story. My old computer died. I formatted everything but am no longer using it. I installed RVS on this new computer but when I try and play multiplayer it asks for my CD key and that it is already in use. Is there a way to fix this so that I can play RVS on this new computer?

You should be able to enter the same key as long as you are using your same account.

The other way to do it would be to access your old hard drive, go to C:\Documents and Settings\Default\My Documents\My Games\Ubisoft\R6Vegas2
Copy the "PlayerProfile.ini" and place it in the same folder on your new computer.

Now all you have to do is log in with your account!

well he formatted his hard drive, I don't think he's recovering anything

Yep! I missed that!

But he should still be able to log in if he enters his old key .. user name and password!
