I bought a new computer recently, and I installed rainbow six vegas two game, it was all fine at first, until I tried to login. I realised that I had lost the case for the game. Is there any way that I can receive a new CD key?

if they accept to send you a replacement, you're gonna have to send them a cheque for £10 first. Might be cheaper and faster to just buy a new copy of the game

Logging in is where the key fits in. As I recall you can play the game on your computer without the key,but you can't log in with out it. If I were you I would google VEgas2 and find a cheap place to buy it. They are running sales online for less than $8.00 which includes shipping. Cheaper than a replacement from UBI.
