The recent Steam patch that added the 3 new maps, which i had installed previously, deleted my ranks and ACES points. I was a rank 5 Elite and had everything unlocked. The odd thing is that my single player stuff is all still there, I'm just a private again Is there any way Ubi can restore my old character?
