Ok, so I have 2 computers on my network that have Rainbow Six Vegas 2 installed on them. One works perfectly (mine) and the other (my brother's) doesn't.

Both computers are hooked up to the same router, going through the same ISP, both have the same virus protection.

The computer with the issue is my brother's, and when he tries to play an Online or LAN (yes, both) he'll get either of two errors: "Unable to Initialize Network Service" or "Connection to Host Failed" the latter of which happens when we actually get past the first error and he tries to join a server, it goes into loading, and then he is removed from the game before loading has finished.

I have tried opening the ports on both firewalls, port forwarding, the drivers for both the video and NIC devices are up to date, and the game itself is up to date. We are in Texas, an as such, America, so English is always our default language.

The offending computer is using Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit.

If anyone has a solution to this, please let me know.

Here is a portion of the DXDIAG post:
