Anyone got a fix for getting the Freedom Shall Prevail achievement. I have beaten the game co-op and single player now and can not unlock this. Wheres the fix.

that happened to me because when i started the game up i got a pilots helmet and extra xp and i did play and beat r6v1

I'm a prime example of this glitch, I am a captain and havent recieved my private first class achievement. it sucks, ubi need to get this fixed.

I also have not got my achievement for private first class, and as of just then i dont have my achievement for finishing the game on realistic difficulty which is RETARTED because every box for realistic difficulty is ticked. How do such bugs make it through the testing phase? oh woops i forgot, Ubisoft is run by monkeys.

does anyone know why i didn't get the realistic achievement on story mode when i spent the afternoon playin it 2 get it!!!

I also beat the first rainbow on normal and realistic. but i did nt get the achievment for first class either.

Not sure if it has been mentioned before (didn't feel like reading all 14 pages), but you didn't even have to get far in R6V1 to miss this achievement. I only completed the first two story missions on Normal, and never played it on multiplayer, but R6V2 still boosted me to PFC and didn't give me the achievement.
However, I'm sure that Ubisoft will patch this soon. While I was a little irritated at not being able to get this achievement, it's not going to make me return the game or burn an effigy of Ubisoft's QA testers. I'll just wait for the patch, and mumble to myself from time to time.

I'll patiently wait for the patch as well. I still have plenty of other things to do in this game. I just wish someone could tell me more about if there's any truth in the rumors that Ubi will reset everyone's rank to fix this.

I heard the same rumors about COD4 before their patch, but it didn't happen. I doubt they'd reset everyone's rank. If a 10 point achievement has this many people all riled up and ready to protest, imagine what resetting everyone's rank would do!

If u didnt get the acheivement for freddom shall prevail get a friend to host the first level on realistic and finish the mission make sure u go through every checkpoint first and the acheivement will unlock at the end of the level in some cases at the end of the first scene this has worked for many people ive told. Hope it helps.....

As for the PFC acheivement there has been an official announcement that a new option will be added so u an reset ur own rank. like on R6V1 that way its the players choice. No need to upset anybody else. if ur in a hurry to get PFC when u start the game and it says loading profile pull your xbox plug out and when u restart the console u should be reset thats how some people have done it.(Note) i am not doing this incase it breaks my hard drive in the process just thought id pass on what ive been told...

i wouldn't have gone through this game on realistic if i knew i would just end up not recieving freedom shall prevail....is there someone at ubisoft that can do thier job and patch this mistake or possibly give me back the hours i spent playing for the achievement? yes, all of th boxes are checked realistic....that should mean i get the achievement right? can you at least give your paying and loyal customers an explaination on why this achievement is not unlocking?

They're making a patch for it. Let it go and wait like the rest of us.
