I didn't get my A.C.E.S. points from the new patch that just came out with the 100 elite rankings. My brother downloaded the patch on his gamertag and got the points. When i signed onto my gamertag on the same xbox, i was the same level that i was before the patch. I deleted the gift package from my xbox and re-downloaded it, but nothing happened. How do i cash in the A.C.E.S. points to go up in rank?
I can't help you on that one. I too have been searching everywhere on the net for the answer to this. I have the game for the PC, and the exact same thing happened to me, except I have also lost my rank and I am now a recruit. I still have all my achievements, such as unlocking every gun, 500 multiplayer kills, etc., and I still have the story complete.. but no rank or A.C.E.S. Just about the only way I think i'll be able to fix this is downloading a save file unless someone can help me.. You may have to do the same via Flash Drive (if that's possible for 360)
