1. Start the game.

2. Select an account.

3. Choose multiplayer.

4. Choose "Ubisoft's Online Gaming Service" (at the bottom left).

5. Login with the same user name and password as on this forum.

6. Double click on a server, or host one for yourself.

Besides, in order to make other people being able to join the own server it is required to open at least Port 7777 for UDP protocol. For a working ping display in server list also opening 7099(UDP) is recommended.

Port 7099 is useless without opening 7777. As already said, people join a server by its game port(by default 7777 UDP). Port 7099 enables "just" an ICMP extra(how playable the server is) for this server in the Ubi list. Also if I were you, I would use the in-game server launcher instead of the external one for first testing.

No, you still don't understand.
In your Router (ie your Internet connection) , you need to open the port 7777 in UDP & TCP (for people, to connect to the server ) and 7099 (for seeing the ping to players)

Then for better host, try putting 4 players in maximum. 6 is unplayable .

Hi Franxoh09,

There is a bar of buttons in the bottom of the server list (after logging in to Ubi Online Service). The first button is the one to create an in-game server. Besides, when you leave that game, the server will be closed as well...

Try to stay a few minutes and see, if other players will join.

Good luck!
