I was recently thinking about getting this game because I just recently got a Xbox 360 and I wanted to get some good Xbox games that I missed out on. Seeing as this game looks like the equivilant of Sony's SOCOM(except more realistic) ,this game naturally sparked my interest.

I have two questions before I decide to lay down the money for this game though:

1.) I noticed there is a expansion pack for this game called Summit Strike, should I skip right to this game or get the regular Ghost Recon 2 first?

2.) Is this game popular online? Are there alot of people playing it usually?

2. yeah i believe there are still a lot playing. I play a couple of times a week, but usually with a group of buddies so I haven't taken a look at the server lists in a while.

since it's BC with the 360 a lot of us are going back to it while waiting for GRAW... Once GRAW comes out though.. i believe SS will be a graveyard.

Yeah, the recent videos I saw of GRAW on IGN and Gamespot are what really made me want to try this game out. That game looks so damn good.

So there is no BC issues with playing Summit Strike? If so, excellent!!

Only issue I have seen up to now is no longuer being able to have voice comms coming out on you TV speakers instead of head set .
