GR and GRIT to fully work on my X360. These two games are the only reason I got/stayed on xbox live. Its a long shot that will never happen but I would certainly pay full x360 game price if they would release GR and GRIT that would fully function on my 360. Dont change anything, same graphics, same sounds (oh how i miss the pop pop of the OICW), same everything, and just let me talk while im doing it!

I would like to second this, I've recently started playing GR and GRIT on an old Xbox as I just couldn't resist the Urge anymore, and i was DISGUSTED that players on a X360 could not communicate with other players. I mean, isn't communication what this game was all about ??

I've got no interest in the GR2 & GRAW's as the "Parrot view" put me right off the game but that is my decision and my personal preference.

FWIW, this game is now in danger of losing a lot of credibility in my eyes because of this communication issue, and I feel that it is such a shame.

The issue with the voice communications is I believe linked to the need to push button to talk, this requires coding to assign a button which I dont think could be done with the emulator (note this is my opinion not known fact)

I still play it on my old xbox Kenny, in fact its come back down from upstairs and I'm planning to get it online soon, fancy some games?

Due to time differances and lack of players, I am currenly playing both OGR and GRIT, but you'll only really find me on line either on Sat (OGR) or Sun (GRIT) but the catch is that the games are in the mornings for UK Players, as the room host is normally in the USA as are all the players. but it does have it's advantages as while i'm enjoying my breakfast and coffee, our Americian friends are normally on the beer



But be warned, I've unlocked my M98

im on the hunt for an original unmodded xbox (which is proving to be harder than i thought). the black button was need to change rate of fire if i recall. now why on earth would they add that and leave out the voice. still boggles me

I have to admit, I picked up an old xbox for £30 with 4 half decient games & 2 pads ..... now that's what i call VALUE

nothing that i have found that either hasnt been modded or in need of parts.

Sub I dont know if you've heard of a Yahoo group/ organisation called freecycle?

Its basically a group where people post up offering things they no longer want/need, you can also post requesting items although most groups limit the number of requests to a set number in any given period.

The purpose of the groups is to avoid items still of use to others ending up in landfill and you'll be amazed what gets given away, its certainly worth a try.

Check out Yahoo groups for freecycle and search out one local to you depending on where you live. Then you just sign up, and post a wanted for an Xbox. Good luck
