how come every couple of games i play. not every couple of games but every once in awhile my rank is back at 1. this makes no sense. i am actually a 4 and i get kicked out of rooms because it says im a 1 and this is the stupidest thing i've had to encounter on any online game so far when i cant even play because the game wants to f*** with my ranking. somebody please help me out since they're technical support lines are "closed" right now.........

It might be a 4 in something different than what you are playing. Like 4 in Solo Slayer and 1 in Team Slayer.
