i JUST WANTED TO EXPRESS MY OPINION ON THE SERVERS BEING SHUT DOWN ON JUNGLE STORM ONLINE. I AM A 35 YEAR OLD MOM THAT PLAYS THAT GAME. I THINK IT WOULD BE AWFUL FOR THE SERVERS TO SHUT DOWN. THERE ARE ALOT OF PEOPLE COMING BACK TO THE GAME THAT PLAYED YEARS AGO, AND I'M ONE OF THEM. ANYONE WHO READS THIS PLEASE POST YOUR OPINION TO. MAYBE WE CAN PUT A STOP TO THEM DOING THIS. delane, there aren't enough players to make UBI decide to run the servers again. UBI is more content with peddling cheap, poorly made games like gr2, graw and the rest. online shooter games from other companies are just as bad. jungle storm is by far the best online shooter game ever created. perhaps they will make a jungle storm 2. all they need to do is design new maps. the game play and movement of the soldiers is near perfect.
i have tried gr2 and graw. they are both poorly made. it's almost like they decided to make those game titles in one night and then send it out for distribution. games nowadays focus more on the cosmetics of the game rather than the game play. graw takes no skills at all to play. you just run around constantly shooting. that's more of a game for 5 years olds.
Yes this just quite simply sucks i thinks this will be about the end to my time on online games was the most fun game ever playd will it lastd ,i mean so games are alright like bf2, rainbow 6 vegas BUT after about 1 or 2 games im bored out of my brains, so laters guy benn FUN!
the best online shooter game is taken offline. gr2, graw and bf2 are for morons. turn the gr2 servers off instead. about 3 people play that sorry game a week.
UBI made the best game ever(jungle storm) and then they come out with **** like gr2 and graw. it is beyond me why they can't see that the format they had for jungle storm was perfect. but with gr2 and graw all you have are bumbling buffoons as soldiers. is it just me or do the gr2 soldiers have a hard time turning without fumbling around like a bobble-head doll? it's like they have tourette's syndrome. also, why is the movment of their legs independent from their upper torso? yeah, that's realism
Im sure UBI has other servers they can take off before this one. And how did they come to the conclusion that there is a lack of interest in this game? Im dissapointed that this could happen, and Im also disappointed that the only alternative they've provided us is the carbon copy Socom and Conflict Global Terror games they call "Ghost Recon 2" and "Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter" those games are horrible (For PS2) the Jungle Storm formula worked perfectly. Im just going to stop playing video games at all now that I cant play this one. I say we all Boycott UBI, it wont be too hard anyway, since they havent made any good Ghost Recon games since Jungle Storm. I think there's about 50 people that regularly play this game, that's 50 less people they sell games to lol.
put jungle storm back online! there are more people on that game than gr2.
if you can do that then create a better game than gr2 and graw. those two games are complete jokes. make a jungle storm 2 and just add more maps to the existing ones.
This was by far the best game I have ever played. It is stupid to shut down the server seeing as this game has maintained consistent interest while newer games have appeared (GR2, GRAW, BF2, SOCOM III). Bottom line is that this is the most realistic and skillful game I have ever played. The shutting down of the server was a mistake. Again, my favorite game by far.
I don't know anyone that has played Jungle Storm that didn't like it. But almost everyone I know that played GR2 or GRAW hated it. I don't know what game UBI was trying to copy when they made GR2 but they should have just copied Jungle Storm. I bet you nobody will care when they shut down GR2 and GRAW because games like that are a dime a dozen. But there isn't another game like Jungle Storm anywhere. Put this game back online until you figure out how to make a better game!!!!!!!!!!
you create the best online shooter game and then shut down the server. this game was popular for 3+ years running. you would think that would give UBI a clue. put the game back online and start designing a jungle storm 2. gr2 and graw are for kids and people with poor motor skills.
Damn ubi shut this game down thats just a lot of people love this game PUT IT BACK UP!!! or make a better game GRAW , gr2 ,Splinter double agent and the rest all are nothing and boring
UBISOFT: Can you please turn the server back on? Ghost Recon Jungle Storm was the best online game you created. That was my and many other players favorite online game !!
It's a good thing that UBI shut down the server. They wouldn't want anyone finding out that they actually knew how to make a GOOD game. Because it doesn't seem like they can make a decent game nowadays to save their lives. Jungle Storm was and always will be the best online shooter ever.
if UBI is shutting down the servers for PS2, then why buy a UBI game for PS3? it's better just to stay away from games created by UBI.
if you find a game on PS3 that you like and it's made by UBI they will just shut it down. so there is no point in buying UBI games.
i tried playing bf2 again. that game is horrible. games with vehicles added into the mix are pointless. as for gr2 and graw, what can i say? they are both poorly put together games.
I would like to think that ubi value their customers and take in consideration our thoughts on this matter.Flick the switch back on.U have ended a lot of peoples happiness with out warning.I have spent a lot off time playing grjs and was amazed by the quality of your service from day one.No other game comes close to this one.Please at least address our concerns.Thanks.
