There are many clan and ladder sites covering a vast array of games and platforms. Each site offers a different experience in terms of the type of ladders they support and community they encourage, some more relaxed and friendly while others very competitive.

I would suggest you take a look around some of the available options and find a site which suits your personal game play style.

Once signed up most sites offer extensive information on how to set up your clan, how to recruit etc as well as offering forums for you to post advertising the need to recruit.
