Please update vegas 2 attack and defend mode so that we have unlimited respawns, at least give the host that option, what coul it hurt, in fact I bet everyone would play with unlimited respans.

Limited Respawns is meant to balance the gameplay for people who enjoy setting a match to a longer gamelength.

For example, say you want a 10min max round for Attack and Defend of Item Extraction.

The attackers have a balance in their favor, because they have 10 minutes of full time to go and move that package down.

Granted, good defense MIGHT hold, but somewhere along the line of 10 minutes, even if the attackers rush with no tactics, they can still win, because of the fact that they ARE the attackers.

With limited respawns, you can set it to 10min, and both teams need to be tactical about their decisions. This way, Attackers can win by eliminating Defenders, or taking the objective. Defenders now have TWO ways to win (to help even the balance), having time expired as previous, or eliminating the attackers.

With each side have equal ways to win, it ensures that the balance is fair, and that both teams need to take the same precautions in order to win.

I like it the way it is. If you like Unlimited respawns, there are PLENTY of other modes you can play. And besides, if someone is so hardcore on getting Unlimited respawns for an OBJECTIVE based mode, doesn't that mean you're probably treating it as a deathmatch anyway? So Team Deathmatch would be a good mode for you. See my point?

I agree with you, but they should at least give the option, therefore you can play the you like and I could host a room the way I like and judging by the amount of people on here who feel the same as I do, A lot of people at least want the option. And I bought this game because of my love for attack and defend mode, while the other modes are decent, As a paying customer and fan of Rainbow 6 don't you agree that we should at least have the option, it was in Vegas 1, but absent in 2, it does'nt make sense.

they should give the option to do it, if people dont wanna play that way they dont have to.

bring back unlimited. 10 mins aint **** to keep that package in the basement. hell we have almost held it a whole 20, made it to the last minute...be nice to have calypso back but it would just make it perfect with unlimited respawns

Im happy they took them out in Vegas I was always and I mean every single time on the defense team most times I lost because even if we eliminated the entire Assault Team they kept coming back it was like a never ending nightmare and even if you thought the package was safe then the entire Assault Team would hunt the defense team and eventually learn your strategy and steal the package.

The way the game is right now (limited respawns) theres really no reason to try to retrieve the package its smarter to just take control of the casino floor and camp the defense spawn area ... Playing it like a team sharpshooter until the defense has no more lives left.

I know this goes against the spirit of the game (A&D) but this is the safest way to secure a win.

That being said I think Unlimited respawns should be an option for those who want it.

Right it seems like unlimited spawns are counterproductive to the mode, i played a unlimited on vegas1 and thought what kind of retarded ish is this.

even if u want unlimited respawns theres only 1 spawn in calipso on vegas2 now, so the attackers can spawn camp and don't even have to think dat someone will come behind them.

I'm all for options, why not have this as a option as well as a few other options ?

There's so many things in this game that could be optional, if more options where made available however then one should also be able to click on a button to see the server rules in the server lobby.
