my friend knows a couple of people seriously in the industry and he was told by one of them they were in one of ubis offices and saw a rainbowsix logo with the statue of liberty in the backround. now im still trying to decide if i should even spend time believing it or not, but tell me it wouldnt be sick playing at the statue of libery or the empire state building the possibilities are endless. what do u guys think stupid rumour or can it hold water

Rainbow has already had a mission in New York at The Met.

They could put it anywhere and it would still be gnarly.

I hope they come out with out that's in germany during octoberfest.

I hope they either do it in New York or just have multiple locations all throughout the single player opening up huge possibilities for the multiplayer maps they can have such as : having one mission in an urban type location like new york or city in ruins like in eastern europe, to a jungle setting in south or central america, to a snow mission in siberia and so on...that would my dream come true man

Hell. I bet UBI dont even have a clue. Bunch of takers and no givers (apart frm a bugged on-line game), so yeah no givers. If they do know.. They are that gr8 to their customers they prolly forgot to say something.

As no new game has been announced at this time any information on such a game would be nothing more than rumour and guess work etc.

Well yes, the point of the thread is we are guessing what they are going to do with the next game since they are not going to discontinue a franchise that has existed for over 10 years, so we know there will be one, when ubisoft will announce it no one knows...supposedly...

a new Rainbow six anywhere would be great! I need some new maps, I'd rather buy a new disc of maps because DLC sucks! Plus maybe in NY the terrorist might actually be Arabic instead of Mexican always

I just hope they make another 6 as far as lo-cal Im sure I enjoy it no matter where it is I have heard RUMORS that their will not be a new 6. I hope with every muscle in my two thumbs that thats not true. I guess what im saying is lets just hope their is a new six.

Go the CVG or X Box 360 Fanboy websites, or even just google "new rainbow six or new ghost recon" and you will find the article that came out january 7th or 8th saying that later this year ubisoft will announce the next installments of rainbow and GR, so who ever told you there will not be a new rainbow is probably disabled or not worth listening to at all, cuz the only thing there will not be supposedly is another rainbow six in vegas, which i certainly hope is true...
