L85A2 is a badass gun. so is M468

based off of what i know m468 but erm..yeah need to know how it plays

Augs blow lol, but to each his own. FN wish it was the FN FAL but oh well

wanna play a match with me using the AUG, you can even use a famas if u want. we'll see if the gun sucks

Neither gun blows, its all down to personal preference.

I personally shoot better with the AUG because the thing doesnt empty on a single controlled burst like the FAMAS.

I'm not going to goto far in this because this is a good thread but like I said to each his own I think the AUG blows but if you like it use it. Last time I checked bullets from any gun kills the same. Oh and for the FAMAS I demand my off switch!

still sticking to mg36

Being able to carry two primary weapons makes my choices easier, so I'll probably go MP5 and either L85A2 or Mossberg 500.

I personally like the FNC. I use it more than my Famas now!

So I take it the FNC has some sort of insane rate of fire in this game?

Of the new weapons, which one will have the most RoF?

FNC! or maybe the m468 (THEY ARE THE EXACT SAME IN STATS)
Although the TAR21 and G36C might be a little better, i really don't care its if you handle the gun with pleasure and fun that's what i think. I could own with a UMP45 or G3 but i don't use those guns because i don't like them, but their stats are really good.

@ Rogue spear, no the FNC doesn't have a really high ROF, the TAR21 still has a higher ROF, i think the famas does too.

FNC (M468 is EXACT same in stats!)

Eh, based on experince with Vegas, I'm not going to trust listed stats until I actually play the game.

All I want to see is that the M468 has either the highest or 2nd highest damage rating for an assault rifle because it has more stopping power than the other 5.56 rounds

Seriously. What's up with it having the same damage as the FNC? The 6.8 Rem has upwards of 50% higher stopping power and 60% more armor piercing ability than the 5.56 NATO.

I think they're artificially balancing the M468 to be the favorite long range assault rifle (that's why they put the big stock on it too). A lot of the Vegas 1 weapons would have a high damage and then fall off, compared to another gun with a similar damage rating that didn't fall off over distance.

If the M468 was accurately represented, I think a lot of the high power guns like the AK47 would be completely useless since the Barrett is powerful and accurate.

Part of the problem could be that you can't easily show the discrepencies in performance of such a large number of guns with 10 bars.

If you lessen the number of bars for the FNC or increase them for the M468, you risk conflicts with other weapons (e.g. someone complaining that the FNC and MP5 are equal in stats, etc.)
