I understood "Empty-Shell" better than "Facade" based on the content of your post but, the bottom line is that I thought the same and I don't know what keeps her going (aside from a good paying job!)

Agreed, so to get back on topic... How is it that Ubi.Levelup can communicate with the whole fanbase of a SNOWBOARDING game (which consists of about 2 people) and pay absolutely no attention to the fans of this game? How is it ok that he is urging the fans to direct questions to the dev team for that game, but not this one? How the hell is that ok? NOT ONCE IN THESE FORUMS HAS THERE BEEN ANY ACTUAL DEVELOPER FEEDBACK OR EVEN FILTERED FEEDBACK IN DIRECT RESPONSE TO THE COMMUNITY. I repeat, how the hell is that ok? This is one of the top selling games of the year. Do you think a snowboarding game is going to produce a fraction of the revenues this game generated? NO. So let's **** off the masses and cater to the 2 people in the world that will actually play a snowboarding game. Come on, how does that make any business sense whatsoever? |

What keeps me going is that regardless of whether improvement takes place as rapidly as I would like I know that I can still impact more change from this side of the fence than from your side  I can get any job paying what this one does, less hours than I put in here (because I put in more than my paid hours) and for less stress than I get from you lot lol so be assured I’m not here for the money I’m here because as a gamer I know how important change in communication is and anything I can do to effect that change no matter how small is important to me. I know that not all here believe in any of that and your welcome to your opinion, but I am a gamer first and foremost and always will be. |

Because Vegas 2 has already been released .. Ubisoft has collected their $millions$, and have already abandoned the game! Snowboarding is a new game that Ubisoft is hyping at present and the same will happen to that game after release! Ubisoft has no more interest in Vegas 2! They turn all of their attention to new game releases and the money they will generate!! Repeat this process over and over and you have a true picture of Ubisoft!! Prove me wrong Ubisoft .. But nearly 2 months of silence speaks strongly of your intentions!! |

I partially agree with you. My original point was, why didn't they do that with Vegas 2 pre-release? I don't remember any questions to the dev team and direct responses from them. I remember UbiLevelUp coming on here with three distinct posts informing us of changes, but no QA sessions. |

Ubisoft has to release some news before Ms-kleaneasy can post any!
I really don't understand the purpose of this forum! Ubisoft doesn't offer support of any questions or problems here! There has been absolutely no news in nearly 2 months. The paid managers have no role because they aren't given any information! It's become more of a neat meeting place for dissatisfied customers. |
