Well here i am playing with a friend today who wasnt a elite yesterday,ive been elite for two months he got an update boom elite lvl. 4 i pop it in elite lvl 1,keeping in mind my aces were 79,49,&33.

Same thing with me. I started the game, it promted me to do the update and I downloaded it and installed. At first boom I got my aces points but not my wife, so I sign off both players and re sign again then she got them but not me. She got to keep her aces points and raks but here I am with nothing. Updates suck...

At least you didn't get stuck waiting an extra in anticipation for the patch with all these supposed fixes for god knows why? are they still testing the PC version or is it just fun for them to wait an extra day on it?

yeah i had the same problem and i lost around 150,000 points becasue they didnt up date my score when the patch came out and from the responce I got when I sent a email into the support staff, i doubt it will ever be fixed.

So I signed up just to post about this, seems it's hard to understand at first. I had stopped playing for about a month when I saw my gf playing last night. She made it to colonel
Anyway, in the lobby I saw an Elite with a 2 next to his badge so I thought hmmm wonder what mine would be if I logged in. I was already an Elite and had helped my gf nephews and a bunch of ppl I played with online get their non multiplayer achievements, this is b/c I play mostly t-hunts and haven't even got 150 kills in multi.
My aces were high, 22,000+ for marksman 14,000 + for c.q.b and 14,000 + for assault, so I log in and I see it say Elite level 1 and thought wow okay thats cool. Then it pops another window
saying I am at Elite level 18 . My Aces are at 100 for marksman 72 for C.Q.B and 70 for Assault. Total Exp is over 1,500,000 .. so count your aces well I am sure you got what you earned, not just how long you were an Elite, that means nothing. How well you kill is what you get rewarded for

Oh and about the guy with his wife, sorry to hear it. I would ask ubi to check issues with two gt's logging in from the same console when the update checks the aces and ranks. sounds like a bug to me.

xxii_jas_iixx no i understand that ,what i am saying is a day before the patch i had 480,000 points in total,all aces at 20,after patch still had 480,000 points,my aces were at 79,49,&33 add it up i got screwed out of maybe 790,000 points.
trust me i wouldnt be cring for nothing about this.

Same thing happened to me.... I was also logged in with 2 gamer tags, playing Co-op TH mode....

I got my elite achievement, and got all my aces points, but didn't actually get the experience (200,000 worth) or any of the actual rank increases... I'm still 4 ranks away from elite....

I hope they're able to find a way to fix this. I want my custom camo! Although with the new aces exp points, I'll get to elite soon enough now.

I was at Lt Colonel with 35000 xp to go to get to colonel. After the update it showed me at level 27 for all my aces... That should be 105,000 XP right? That should have promoted me to Colonel and brought me to about 79000 toward elite... However I didn't get it. It only gave me the ACES levels but not the XP for those levels

same here i am currently a major with the xp i should of gained through more aces i should be an elite my aces rank have gone up but i have no xp wtf??? somebody please sort this!!

New A.C.E.S.
A total of 100 A.C.E.S. are available for each category: Marksman, CQB and Assault. Each A.C.E.S. level past 20 will reward you with 5000 XP that applies to your rank. For players who have already reached A.C.E.S. 20 and continued to collect A.C.E.S. points, you will be happy to know that the update will automatically advance you to the level you have earned. For example, if you have enough A.C.E.S. points to reach Marksman 25, you will automatically be at Marksman 25 and and earn 25000 (5000 x 5) towards your next rank

I can confirm that altho the A.C.E.S were credited to me, My girlfriend did not get any exp for her A.C.E.S level going up.

She was a Lieutenant Colonel when the path came out, A.C.E.S were all over 20. they were at 30 , 34 and 25 after the patch .... but no exp was given to her so thats 29 x 5,000=145,000. should have jumped to Elite and a few levels over, sad really, she works hard for her ranks like Like I do and I hate to see her not get what she earned, or was promised in this update.

So I have to correct myself about getting what you earned ... seems more like hit or miss. Exactly like the Private First Class & Freedom Shall Prevail Achievement prior to the first patch.

yeah same here, my brother got it and I didnt

cant say Im surprised with free DLC but this game was a mess when we paid sixty dollars for it

16x5k=80k
25x5k=125k
08x5k=040k
equals 245k

+ the 80k that I had over elite and the 325k xp later I am only at level 5?

that is pretty messed up but it could be worse i got shafted about 780k and only got elite 1 and i was a elite before update,and another thing everyone in here seems to have a couple profiles with this game ,i dont i wonder whats up with that.

Here is an idea I am going to try for my gf, I am going to reset my xbox 360's cache, then log her in and apply the update again and see if it caches her points this time.

Someone else please try this also and post your results.

So that didn't work unfortunately.

oh and the leaderboard ranks are off too, I show up as an elite level 1 and my friend thats only a captain shows up as an elite level 1.

Thats another thing that bugs me is the leaderboard stats, out of the 100's of ranked games I have played it doesnt even show that I have dozen kills. Yet my friends little sister how has maybe played a couple of dozen matches is ranked in the top 3k on almost everything wtf?

I didn't get my points either. I should have gotten about 330,000 points.

Will there be a patch to the patch?
