Is it possible to remove skills and attributes on a character in the singleplayer campaign?

Stats cannot be altered, they are race specific and 'randomly' selected per level.

Your skills can be forgotten if you can locate a mental mentor building. They are present in some maps and not in others, and only in ToTE.
