While it is true that we are the customers, it never hurts to be polite. I'll PM them and see if they will help.

Another thing: Since the Gold edition has already made, it seems like a simple thing to offer it to North American customers...print some extra copies and offer it for sale.

I suppose it is a matter of production and stuff like that plus they probably must have imagined that it wasn't as popular in the US as in europe or something like that.

The reasons are many.. and we don't know the acutal one.

Fabrice is no longer a producer of Heroes. He left that post some time ago. Also the producers almost never get involved with the fans, but rather some representatives if anyone at all.

Raide has nothing to do with Heroes or Ubisoft's marketing. He is only the British Forum Manager who makes sure the forums work.

Well, maybe he'll know someone that can do something about getting us an answer.

I think I'm in the boat with Sorceress here. There's obviously demand if every once in a while someone asks how to purchase the gold edition...why shouldn't Ubi want to fill it and make money?

And why should it be so hard to get an answer from them?

Sorry for the late reply. I am going to chase up what is happening on the HoMM V being available in North America.

To be honest, I tend to work better when people contact me in a polite way, it usually gives me a reason to take time out to help people.
