Has anyone heard a release date yet? I see that Europe has both a Complete Heroes edition and a new Gold Edition of Heroes V. I suppose I could buy the UK version of Gold and it would work, that's what I did for IV, but I know that Ubi must be planning to release a US version. I hope it comes soon. I just got a new PC that can handle V finally and I want to get it; I'd just rather buy the whole package in one shot.
Why has NO ONE replied to this? Sorry, I can't give an answer, but am also awaiting one. Do you really think the UK version would work fine on U.S. system, in case we don't get Gold?
Well, my Heroes IV DVD-ROM is the UK version and it works just fine. I guess to know for sure if V works though you'd have to find an American that's running it on theirs. Hopefully now that Dark Messiah Elements has released they'll have some time to spend on Heroes V Gold.
And yes, in fact I've searched for it. Google/game stores etc. No luck. The only place I've seen it for sale is the UK. I've even checked Ebay...driving me nuts.

@Justice: i thought that was only the complete edition, i can't imagine the gold edition not being available over there.
Update: So far, looking around, the only place where i even found something similar was at amazon, and that was just each of the three games seperately. So i dunno.. you might have to import it, although i imagine that can get quite expensive as well. Otherwise, i dunno, have you tried asking at your local gamestore ? perhaps they might be able to help you in some way ?

I submitted a support ticket to Ubisoft asking them the question. The tech support responded by saying they have no information on it. I've replied back asking if they can direct us to someone who does know.
I live in the Montreal region (Canada), where Ubisoft has a major office complex.
I have never seen in any Montreal region store a single copy of HM&M 5 Complete or Gold ... and those editions are not even mentioned on the whole Amazon Canada website !
I believed that Ubisoft was in business to make money. Consequently, I do not understand that the Complete and Gold editions are non-existent in my region ... where Ubisoft has one of its most important corporate presence on the planet !
Red Spawn's question further illustrates this surprising lack of information from a business corporation which should be interested in promoting its own products.

I really do not like to criticize Ubisoft ... but this lack of elementary marketing information is strange.
I really would like to purchase HM&M 5 Complete. It is not offered on the Ubisoft website, and I will not go on eBay to get it.
Don't they want to maximize revenues & profits from the HM&M 5 franchise ?! Why is it so difficult to get info on how to purchase the Complete & Gold editions ?
@ redspawn > Don't waste your time with Tech Support. They are not responsible for advertisement, marketing and sales. I wonder where those who are supposed to be in charge of that are located : in some Parisian ivory tower ?
If I were CEO of Ubisoft, some guys would see their « andouillette à la lyonnaise & Beaujolais » lunches cut short -- permanently.
Try to send Raide or FC a very polit PM and they might reply or direct you to someone who can reply. If they don't reply, then I wouldn't push them, they are probably rather busy.

You must be joking, Justice !
We should not have to approach Raide or FC, in a "very polite" manner, as if they were exalted Potentates.
We are customers. We buy their games. THEY should contact us : not the other way around.
