I've taken Kujin to Harakh (town in northeast sector of map) and beaten all purple. My next task is to go to Ull-Dash (Teal player) and inform him that Gotai is the leader of the Orcs, but there is no way to get there -- I need a boat, but the town shipyard is empty and I can't take a boat from the other side of the map as the ways is blocked. How do I get to the last town?

You need the talisman of summoning (vessel of shalassa spell) from the town (building that leads to wyverns) and you can call a boat east of the castle.

Um, where do you cast the vessel of shalassa spell, I can't seem to find a spot where it works?

I could use some help here too... I get the first two cheifs to help, then either purple or teal comes with huge armies and takes me out. If I go to sea, ships come with huge armies on them. If I don't go to sea, Teal comes over the hills in a one way transporter.

Then I'm toast! How do I avoid that? Is there a walk through on this mission somewhere? Thanks!
