I have a couple questions:

- I just bought HoM&M Gold Edition. On screen I can read "Version 1.50". Should I update it with patch 1.06?

- In the custom scenarios I seem unable to pick any player other than the top (red) one, i.e. I am unable to switch the starting location, as it was customary in HoM&M 3 and 4. Am I doing anything wrong? Being forced to start in one single location hugely reduces scenario replayability
