i cant pass Blue player near. how can i do it ??

That mission is actually quite difficult. Here is what I did (and managed to prevail):
-Firstly, go to the first city. Collect nearby mines etc. etc. and begin building it up. Focus on getting the unupgraded unit of each tier (because its better to get Cyclops than upgraded Slayers). Do not continue to Tan player yet. When resources allow, get the upgrades. Evenetually, the Blue player will come to your area. If you can beat him, do so, if not, wait in the down and hold him off. After he is defeated, go to the Tan player and collect all the goodies.

-Now comes part 2. Collect a MASSIVE army for the next part. You will need it. Purple player does not activate until you reach the shore. When you have a large army (50 or so Cyclops and all other creatures with their respective army), you can easily breeze through the level. Make sure you have purchased at least Level 1 talisman, as you will need it later.

-Now go to the shore and swim to the Green player (you can fight all Dungeon heroes but its a waste of time). You don't have to worry about losing your city. When you make port, Lethos attacks you. Beat him, then beat the Green garrison and get the city.

-This is the part I'm assuming you have trouble with. Now you have to go around the Green player city to the southeast part of his little island and use Summon Boat. You can now easily get to Blue player but be warned as you have a big fight coming up. If you assembled a nice army, you should still have a lot of Cyclops and everything else and if you have decent skills, the battle isn't tough. Don't worry abuot Pruple player, it doesn't matter if you have only one city, all you need to do is talk with each tribe.

I'm stuck on this one... I saw that the only other place to get a boat from was that southern edge of the little island... the only way to get to teal town. But vessel of shalassa isn't working, I just can't get a boat there.

I've had no problems beating the baddies so far and have a monster army and three towns, I'm just stuck!

a Boat must be bought first (or exist), then ride as far as you can get to water with heroine and then use the talisman.

If this is bug, it is first of its kind i've heard.

Hi... I resolved it, now I feel silly. It seems to cast vessel of Shalassa you have to be at a very precise spot as far towards the water as possible. There are already lots of boats at the other side of the island. But thank you for the tips.

Hi there- same problem for me. I have the talisman for Shalassa but I can't get it when standing on the shore? I'm in the water as deep as I can go?

Oops, nevermind, I got it after all. Wasn't deep enough in the water.

Can someone help me know the exact spot I have to be in to get my ship at the farthest spot possible?

LOL and I finally figure it out as well. Nevermind! I feel real dumb now!
