Will there be a portrait editor in heroes V? I hope so as the mod for heroes IV really allowed you to feel closer to your heroes.

Hmm, good point. However it would be interesting to find out what level of hero customisation (if any) there will be.

I really hope they'll look a way different than in HeroesIV. The pictures in HeroesIII looked more familiar to the Might and Magic universe.

Thinking of making sure that "Crag Hack" is in the game?? If not otherwise, then made by yourself!

In my opinion, potraits should be good ol' h3 style. Where it almost looks like paintings from medieval times.

Yay! Someone mentioned this, so I don't have to. I've wanted a "make your own Hero" feature for the Map Editor for years.

It would certainly be welcomed since there are so few heroes available.

It may not be easy to do but I've seen plenty of maps/mods with custom hero portraits.

For example the latest new map 'battle for hungarian freedom' has historical portraits for the main heroes.
