Hey guys. Ive had heroes 5 and its expansion TOE for a while but I just started playing multiplayer Heroes V and haven't read this forum before.

I wanted to say I love some of the new multiplayer features Heroes V offers compared to Heroes III. But I find the following odd and should be changed:

1. I can't look inside my castle or open my hero's profile while it isn't my turn. Why? I want to view my hero's skills, artifacts, what units and upgrades I have available in my castle, and so on while waiting on my opponents.

2. I can't set a course for my hero to go somewhere while it isn't my turn. No reason for this. It would save a lot of time to plot out where my hero wants to go next round. This should be a feature.

4. I can't toggle my game options or view the puzzle map during load time! This was a great feature in heroes 3 that let you kill time while waiting.

5. The game has noticeable delays when sending commands such as ordering your hero to move or trying to look into your castle. It's definitely not my hardware that's loading. Does anyone else have this? Is it just ubi.com?

Me and my friend have tried those virtual LAN programs to directly connect cause we like to play private games where it's just us. We're hoping to avoid the lag that we think is happening when we play on ubi. PM me if you have any experience with this and could help me.

6. There's still no feature to view your ally's combat in any heroes game! This would be so cool if you could be flashed with an option that said something like "your ally is engaging in a battle. would you like to observe?"

7. Why do I have to preset quick combat, animation speed and autosave? These should be things individual players are able to toggle on their own accord.

8. The simultaneous turn feature is AWESOME in team games! I wish it wouldn't end when allied player's "interests are in the same vicinity"

Edit: 9. There's only 1 or 2 team maps that come with the game and a ton of FFA maps that would just as easily work as 2v2 or 3v3 maps. I've been downloading player made maps but it's frustrating to have such poor official map selection. I also really don't how rigid Heroes maps are in multiplayer. If its a 4 player FFA map I should be able to do 2v2 as well.

That's all I can think of right now.

I made sugestions 6 and 8 during the beta phase. Big Grin
Heroes multiplayer is really useless.
