In any case i think i may have found a bug, during combat, if a unit which attack animation features two blows (steel golems, blood witches and so on) attacks a unit, the unit being attacked doesn't flinch at the first blow but only when the second blow lands.. which is odd since it worked quite well before..

Oh well, otherwise things are looking good

Well as far as i recall from other sites they have changed horned leapers...

In any case i don't know why they didn't add the balance change list, might have forgotten them or something else..

@phoenixs: i would imagine that it means that the monster armies that are put together for random maps are specific or something like that.

They have fixed many errors and done many balance changes (not in the patch notes, but they really changed many things).

However, many errors still aren't fixed. On the spanish community we have a brief listing of errors. When I have time (on 2 or 3 weeks) I'll post them here, in english. If anyone wants to do it, they are here: Recopilación de fallos de la versión 3.1

Hey maybe you can copy-paste it here , That forum not only being spanish it also needs me to register to view the post..

If the text was available there are online translators like googles and ect that can help understand the text.

Speaking of which I've seen a few times where imperial griffins hit themselves after a battle dive but can't understand why. Most times it works normally..

Perhaps we should make a bug list for the next patch then ?

One year of work.
Probably a lots of little bugs fixed.
Some polishing too, with the introduction of the ProcFactor concept for bash like abilities.

The patch also anounced improvement in tactical AI.
So i made some tests. And i am sad to tell u that TACTICAL AI IS WORSE THAN BEFORE.

examples : death wail never used but when the unit is blocked and cannot melee hit.
Shooters don't take account of deflect missiles casted.
Shooters still attack arcane crystals cast near them.

Also undead units are now affected by blind. They aren't blinded but cannot retaliate when blind trigger.

For me the improvments are not worth the worse tactical AI. I advise to and will uninstall the patch.

I Need help on the heart of darkness lvl. ON HOMM5 Tribes of the east and I have talked to the Ghost but did not kill his assassins. how do i get rid of the barrior to get to the city?

It is only patched to 3.0!
What am I going to do? How long will I wait until the Digital patch of 3.1 comes out?

I am super ****ed because there is no one I can play with, and online play was my sole reason of purchase.

Perhaps an inquiry at steam would be helpful ?

I told them I wanted a refund if no patch would be provided, they have said only useless things to me since then.

Well, the 3.1 is "digitally" available already... Please read the topic of this thread! ... and if you have a look at the first page of this thread you'll see all the different links you need!

You can also use the updater that came with the game.

I really think you don't understand what the problem is here.

I have a Digitally Distributed copy of the game, i.e. downloaded from an online store.

Those patches are completely different from the ones that I know are out.

No matter where I check the 3.1 patch for ToE
is only available for RETAIL versions not DD versions of this game.

No the updater doesn't work and yes I checked everywhere and wrote letters to steam asking them for the proper patch version for the DD copy of ToE.
