Cute topic, but I think all of us have expressed our opinions about the series in one way or another along these boards. Most likely this will turn into HoMM II/III vs. the world discussion, which is not that bad, but it gets repeatative. Let's see if I can qualify for a prophet.

I voted HOMM2.

I enjoy all the HOMM games including Ubisoft's HOMM5 and expansions.

I have made maps in previous games and hope the HOMM6 editor will be somewhat more friendly than the HOMM 5 editor.

Custom content is very important to the success of the series. Ubisoft and the fans both benefit from fan made maps.

I find TOE to be quite enjoyable but there are some major imbalances that need to be addressed. But apparently there are to be no more patches since Nival was booted.

Yes, I download pretty much all of the fan made maps that I find. Except not always the tiny maps sicne I prefer at least mediusm size or larger.

Although I enjoy a good campaign I perfer single maps. Either to play with a friend or to play agaisnt the computer.

I like HoMM II the most, as it's the game I remember playing the most. HoMM III is an upgraded version of II, but I like II more.

Multiplayer hotseat is what I've played most.

I don't play or upload custom maps.

I love homm2 the most, also 3, and 5, which im playing most at the moment, from the beggining. Ofc I love fan made maps, are better then ubi at least in homm5. Random maps are the worst in 5, and great in 3 and 2.

I hope we'll have homm6 soon, but as far, im satisfied with 5, cose seems we'll have to wait (or not :P)many many years from now
