Anyone know if there is a patch for Hammers of Fate????? In Freda's Dilemma I am in Mission #5 -Choices. I have completed everything in the walkthrough. I have taken the Port Town and built the Shipyard. Problem - No Shipyard is built. I need to finish this mission to move on. I placed Duncan alongside Freyda at the Castle, in the Castle, and in a different Castle. Nothing is working which leads me to believe there is a problem with the game... Help, Help, Help...

This is the second time I have to thank you for your help. It seemes no one reading my requests for help remember the game, or have not played it.. Too bad for me I guess. The link you sent is to the same walkthroughs you sent me the first time. I read it over and over looking for something I may have missed. Thanks for sending it anyway. I did install the patch. It made no difference to my situation, what a shame. I just don't understand what happened. I completed all tasks, captured the Port Town, entered the Castle, and paid my hard earned money for a shipyard. Just like some builders of today, they ran off with my money without building the shipyard... I would call someone in Goverment for a bailout but I don't think they would give it to me after what AIG did.... I hope someone reading this remembers what needs to be done.

Usually in heroes v when you hit a bug like that it is because "something" didn't trigger properly. Replaying the mission from the start (through the game menu, not restart button) can fix it sometimes.

Sorry I am occasionally forgetful Many things on my mind nowadays.

An apology is not needed. Thanks for all your time. I keep trying, and no matter what I do The shipyard will not build. I guess the game goes back in the box and put away...

Maybe use the console to skip to next mission?

I opened the game and the campaigns below the one I can't finish is grayed out. When I select it I get the following message: "Select campaign to play. Normally campaigns are played one after the another. You must complete the previous campaign to be able to start the following one." Is there a way you know of to bypass this??

dcbyrne, it's not a bug. I just played this mission yesterday and I thought the same thing first, that no shipyard was built, because you cannot see it on the map. Shipyards built in castles cannot be seen on the shore. You purchase your boat from inside the castle. Just enter it and check those buttons around the training button, where the blacksmith and others are found. There should be a build boat button now, use it. Take note that you must board Freyda to trigger the objective completed message. Oh, and take some good army with you, cause you're not safe yet Good luck

i bought the heroes V with hammers of fate and tribes of the east, i have downloaded most patches but they do not seem to help my problem, i can play the game but wen i click on my castle the games turns itself off can n e 1 help????? i have uninstalled nad re-installed twice and my computer is brand new i dnt understand
