Check objectives you don't have to atack the computer's castle.. godric must pass the lower right garnison.. read objectives next time..

Objective 1: Save Isabel, capture Dunmoor
Objective 2: Hold Dunmoor vs. enemy attacks (given after Obj-1 is complete, and you beat Agrael the first time he attacks... may need to wait for the start of week 2. During week 3, another demon hero will attack Dunmoor. I believe you have to let them attack you while you're in your castle.)
Objective 3:Set up Tears of Asha in Dunmoor. (given after Obj-2 is complete-- visit all 3 obelisks to reveal the puzzle map, dig on the spot where the icon on the map shows to get the tears, and bring the grail back to Dunmoor, where it'll prompt you to build the Colossus.)
Objective 4:Send Godric to Nicolai (Given after Obj-3 is complete, send him to the southeast corner of the map, Nicolai runs in automatically the next day I believe.)
Finally, IIRC, you'll have to run Isabel down to the area where Nicolai and Agrael are supposedly duking it out... this will trigger the final cutscene of the mission.

You don't need to have Isabel present to trigger the final. I had her sitting in the castle and I still got the ending.
I think I had some knight nearby to watch, but I doubt even this is necessary.
All you have to do is wait a few turns after godrik leaves.
