The guild has done well to progress naxx todate, however i believe the roll system could be amended slightly to the benefit of the guild.

As it stands the loot rool system allows secondary rools for ppl with off spec competing with main spec, clearly we are progressing at an ever increasing rate and the possibility of mishaps may rear it's head with this system.

What i propose is an aditional tier to the existing system.

Primary as is.

Secondary for main spec, and only then if the loot is not needed can ppl roll for off spec and pvp etc.

This would be uncomplicated change to existing arrangements.

I welcome your comments.

I suggest this simply because this would have the biggest benefit to the long term future of the guild and its sucess in future raids.
