Can someone please help me, because when i am trying to go online with the HOM&M... they ask me for a serial key... is that the key of my game? Or do i need to register for that key.. anyway thnx if you can help me
You got a key in your Play-package. Its stands on the bottom of our information magazine. Remember to use - between the letters. eks. 923r-geg23-rg-3 and so on.. Hope u could use it!
i also need help. Because when i go to ubi.com at HOMIM V i go and enter my online key. And then it says i must log on to my account i do that but when i go OK it just turn black and then go to main menu. What have i done wrong??
Hey, I've got a similar question... I just bought Heroes V, and I try playing online, but I can't join. Sais I have Version 1.50, and then next to each available game it sais either version 3.0 or 3.1. Please help me, I want to play online SO bad. Godvig
Versions 1.x are original H5, 2.x are Hammers of fate expansion and 3.x are tribes of the east. You cannot join another's game unless you have the same game version and patches. Just as someone with hof or original cannot play an opponent with tribes you cannot play tribes 3.0 against someone who patched it to 3.1.

I'm having the same problem, I can put in my user name and password that I put in with ubi.com and it ackowledges me,but when in multi-player on the game I put in my user name and password, click ok, screen goes back to last screen. Please Help
The Online key is printed in the game manual, if you don't have one you'll have to call ubisoft. It looks like abcd-1234-wxyz-5678 You still won't be able to play until you have the most current version of the game 1.6, 3.1 2.?
Start menu > programs > ubisoft > heroes5 > check for updates
Keep updating until you have the current version, then it should all work fine.
I am having problems when i try to play in the website ubi.com. I register my serial key, username and the password already but after all the steps i'm not connect online by UBI.com. Please can someone help me????
but I'm playing on a mac, have the expansions come out there yet?
