Hey is there any way to keep simultaneous turn on for the hole game.

my brother inlaw and me play and i must say i hate hate how it turns off simultaneous turn i mean dont see big deal about having a option to have it on the hole time or part of the time and for non of the time any way if someone can help me with this that be great looking for something like mod or what ever to help this problem it takes us like 10 days to finish one game cus we have to take turns and its just no fun playing
