I am encountering some very problematic... problems with LOMAC 1.1. Allow me to make a list:
-The SU-25T does not exist. Anywhere.
-Something is wrong with the video... The only elements that comprise my cockpit are some very enigmatic black pieces which could be shadows and the green parts of the displays (HUD, TEWS, Radar...). As well, the exterior of the a/c is without a skin - just white... playing with the video options is no help.
-Several keys do not work, including the "+" and "-" keys. reassigning them proves futile -not only do they not work under new mappings, but the functions they originally performed don't either, even with new keys.
I can't seem to affect any of these problems -can't even make them worse... I'm very computer illiterate, but here are my specs:
HP m8047c
Intel 2.13GHz
2046 RAM
32-bit Vista home premium
NVidia GEforce 7500LE

Lock On 1.02 works just fine... and installing the 1.12b patch doesn't affect any of these problems, either. Any help would be greatly appreciated... please! *sob*

I would have to say the problem is your video card.

For Su-25T you need Flaming Cliffs expansion pack!

A new video card might be just the ticket, but if anyone determines a software-related solution, I'll still check this thread periodically- thanks for the tip!

It seems I have just blundered across the solution- simply right-click the Lock On 1.1 icon, choose Properties-Compatibility, and then check the box marked "Run as Administrator". I feel embarrassed, but mostly happy that everything now works magnificently. Thanks for your suggestions, too.
