Hello guys, i recently got my LockOn and im having a huge prolem: no textures on planes and on the cockpits! everything is black, exept HUD and some lights. my system: CPU : Genuine Intel(R) CPU T2050 @ 1.60GHz 1596 MHz RAM size : 1,013.98 MB OS Version: Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 (Build 2600)
nVidia users... nVidia has a new Beta (168.12 XP32 - most cards supported) driver that the Release Notes indicates, included a fix for LOMAC graphics problems...

Cant speak for any particular chipset, but would expect the answer to be sadly No. Lockon needs a decent graphics CARD. This is why so many folks come onto the Forums with graphic probs.
Minimum I'd recommend would be something of th power of a Radeon9800Pro or modeern equivalent.
Well Im having the same problem since you recommend getting a new grx card, all i have is pci slots not pci-e pci , so any suggestions , yes i know my comp is crapy... but it runs IL2 perfect
Do you have an AGP slot instead? (a bigger/longer slot next to the PCI slots)?
May also be worth checking the folder 'Properties' for LockOn and make sure that in the ADVANCED tab you have a tick in the box for "allow indexing service to index this folder".
This option has caused so many other games to lose textures being processed by graphics cards. It may not help yo, but just worth a look just in case.
