Hey guys, I was recommended LOMAC by a friend and so i went onto your site and downloaded the demo..
then i tried the demo just now and when i start it, the Main Menu doesnt really Work :S
like if i want to click on 'Options' it doesnt work. the only things i can click are the 'fly' buttons underneath two planes

then when i press the fly button, it loads for about 25% of the way then the demo crashes

any help? thanks

ok...i got most of that sorted out actually...
it plays but
i bought a saitek x52 recently and i tried flying with it (on the demo)

can anyone give me the instructions on how to fly with it on Lock On? :P

Well, tbh you'll need a good LOMAC profile to run the x52 with lock on. Most people make their own custom profile for Lock On. Essentially what you need to do is go into option/input screen, find out the key commands for the all commands you frequently use, then go into the Saitek SST software and make a new profile assigning those key commands to the buttons on your x52 setup.

For axes setup (like throttle and stick) you do that in game by selecting the x52 device, flipping the device switch on the right to "axes" and setting up the x52 axes the way you want.

Unfortunately, getting all that perfect is a bit time-consuming. Even for me, after playing for a few weeks, I'm still adjusting some stuff. It's kind of hard to explain all the setup, just try it as you go and ask any specific questions you have, which would be easier to respond to.
