Okay, so I just installed Lock-On and Flaming Cliffs.

I double click the Icon, starforce loads up, I hear the menu soundtrack going, screen goes black, then the speakers screech and the monitor reads "Out of Range" and lists a frequency...I have to hard reboot to get out of this.

Happens all the time. Can anyone help me?

Did you buy Lock On gold or something. And also post your system specs, cpu, ram, graphics card.

I got it going now I uninstalled the Omega drivers and installed the latest ATI Catalyst and all is well!
