Im sure someone has seen this before me, but I cant see a post for it, so....
Create a mission with 2 or more planes, yourself as the flight leader and begin the mission. Your wingmen mimic every move of your joystick - that bits OK. Now dive into the ground - your wingmen will follow you to their doom. LOL...stupid wingmen.

Make your wingman in a different flight group. make all the wayspoints the same as what you are supposed to follow. if you make each wingman on a different they will do there own thing and not follow you around.
Well, they don't always run their planes into the ground. I was keeping it a little bit low and flew dead center into a hangar. The wingman didn't follow lead. Possibly, because there was no other hangar around to crash into.

Yes. It's true.
If I turn out the gear, wingman follow me and go gear down. LOL! Wingman stupid.
My SU-27 wingman Yuri Monslovovich(yes I named him) loves to crash into me on takeoff, happened 3 times in a row on a mission I created. No I didnt rudder into him he clipped me 3 times resulting in our fiery demise, I finally had to rudder left to give him some space, too much vodka.
HEY, at least your wingmen are not spineless yellow bellyed cowerds. I ORDER my wingies to engage the enemy, they confirm, then stay about 30nm away and watch me take on 4 or 5 F-15c.
Every time I land, my wingmanis in full landing configuration, but when he touches down, he bounces and loses control, sometimes crashing into me....any ideas why?
Obviously a different pilot ... The original posters wingie would have already augered into the ground or a convienent hanger. As for me, my wingman would be taking Shepski's "Crimean Tour" ... or at the very least jettisoned his load and RTB'd after being ping'd by some distant search radar.
Whats the difference between mechanical engineers and civil engineers ? Mechanical engineers design weapons and civil engineers design targets.
