Ok so i just installed LOMAC. At first it would crash if i tried to do anything past the main menu, So i downloaded the patch, and i saw a suggestion elsewhere to right click and 'run as administrator', and it worked... kinda. i went to the options menu and half of the screen was whited-out. i set all the settings to the lowest setting [all still white], ran the game, and after quitting a mission, it crashed completely.

ill note that some graphics were blacked out during the game play. also, im running vista.

one last note, the demo worked like a charm.

any help?

What kind of videocard are you using?

Well, i left that out because i knew it would give me the automatic answer of "well,youre screwed. sorry".

im on a laptop, but dxdiag tells me i have a radeon x1270 by ati - with 382MB of memory. i also have directx 10 installed.

however, i left all that out simply because the demo worked like a charm, and if the demo worked, i couldnt see how it could cause any more strain with the retail version - as far as graphics is concerned.

i mean really, if i can run call of duty 4...

Which LOMAC? Do you mean the original Lockon:Modern Air Combat or do you mean Lockon:Flaming Cliffs?

Youve told us what video card you have, but what processor does your rig have? How much memory?

Not saying I'll be able to help you as I'm rubbish with PC's, but the answers might help someone else help....

just the basic lomac, not flaming cliffs. same demo too, not the new one. as for the patch, i just got the "100-102" patch on the official site [dunno what that really did though...?].

as for the processor, i have an amd athlon 64 dual core [1.8GHz], with 894MB of ram on my machine... if that helps.

im also running vista... i dont know if thats been said already though.
