whenever i try to do the maverick trainig mission, when it gets to the part and the cockpit goes black for a second and then back to normal. From that point, the training stops and i have control over the plane as if i pressed control-q. I really want to know how to use the maverick so if i cant fix it post how to use them
Well, you could reinstall, do the training, then apply the patch. Or read this helpful SimHQ article - you can click on any of the pictures to get bigger versions of them. I read this superb article when I first got Lockon and it helped me bigtime, hope it is of some help to you.
