Hey Gents,

I'm flyin patched 1.02 in multiplayer with my brother. We fly F-15's and notice that when we look at each other's jet via F2 key or just out the window, one sees the other's aircraft going ATTITUDE CRAZY!!!! The nose swaps ends with the tail and there is just a general jumpiness. On the ground taxiing it looks crazy, very jerky movements. The aircraft continues in its set coarse, however it's just the attitude, pitch, roll, etc. that is going nuts. It is only the other guys aircraft doing this. If I do an external view of myself, my aircraft is behaving perfectly normal...it's always the behavior of his Jet on my screen and visa versa.

Has anyone had this and can anyone suggest a fix without just upgrading to 1.12 FC?...this bug makes a gun kill and formation flying in Multiplayer very difficult. Other than this bug, our multiplayer flying seems to go pretty smoothly.

Please help if you can

Sounds like you're describing warping. It's caused by lag (high pings). What connection do you guys use?

I agree with Pigeon, you are warping.

This is caused by a signal transmission lagging between the two of you. One of your computers looses track of where the other is and then when it gets an updated location it "catches up". That is the jerky movememnts you see on the ground and in the air ... only on the ground the compuer knows both planes are still on the ground so it does not try to "fly" it off in some random directuion.

Sounds like you need to get some sort of better connection. What are you both ping-ing ? Are you fling via old dial up modems, DSL, or cable modems ? Are you guys flying via hyper-lobby ?

The answer to this would help us help you better.

Whats the difference between mechanical engineers and civil engineers ? Mechanical engineers design weapons and civil engineers design targets.

Sorry to interrupt your thread, but what is Hyper-lobby? do you have a web address for it?

Cheers,
