I have completed all faction (UFFL and APR) and optional missions in Bowa-Seko in Act II. According to the in-game map (and the Prima strategy guide), I should go to APR headquarters to receive instructions for beginning Act II - Chaos Begins - Warlord Assassination (APR winning faction). However, I did that and when I entered the headquarters, the door where APR officials previously gave me missions (and all other doors in the HQ) are closed without the ability to open them, and there is no one inside to provide the new mission.

Is my copy of the game defective or is there something else I need to do to get the next mission?

Ubisoft messed up. That door shouldn't even be able to BE closed. I am having this problem as well, and I am serioustly P***ed off. I want my $60 back Ubisoft!!! (or a patch of somesort)

I am 73% finished an there are no more missions available. The only mission indicator on the map is at APR headquarters but no one is inside. I have version 1.02 and have completed:
24 of 33 main missions
12 of 12 buddy missions
25 of 40 side missions
5 underground missions.
The last several missions were side missions from Mike's Bar and now even there I can not find missions.

I too, have the same problem. Stuck at 73%. Only mission indicator is at APR HQTRS. But the door upstairs is closed.No other place to go.

Thanks for all the responses everyone. I feel somewhat better knowing I'm not just missing something simple. That being said, I fully agree with BillyMayes about being p***ed off. It's BS to get 3/4 through a $60 game and not be able to finish.

UBISOFT - PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM.

I got pass 73% done! I reloaded an older save where I had 11 of 12 buddy missions instead of 12 of 12. After that I did not accept a buddy mission and now am at 81%.

26 of 33 main missions
11 of 12 buddy missions
19 of 40 side missions
5 underground missions

Maybe the bug is when you complete all of the buddy missions too soon???

Okay this is rediculous. It is an obvious glitch in the game because I am at the same place, having the same problem. I go to the APR HQ and there is no one inside. I'm at 73% also. What's the fix?

I have the Steam version of the game, patched to the latest and greatest available through Steam.

I'm only at 27% of the game and am having the same issue. I have only done 4 buddy missions and about a dozen side missions.

No missions showing anywhere except APR HQ and when I go in the door on the second floor is closed.

E-mailed Ubi asking for a fix or refund just now, waiting for a response.

Anyone for a class-action lawsuit if they don't fix it soon? I'm sure we could find a lawyer to take it since the game sold pretty well and a lot of people are reporting this issue at various stages of the game...

Im stuck at 88% at the stupid marina bar i cant get in it and no ones out side... i tryied the taking a old save and replaying it.. when i got there again it did the same stupid thing... im pist 88%!!!!!!!! i wanna beat it

Could someone post their saved game so I can see this problem first hand. I never had this issue when I played it. I finished it months ago.

Whoa, I think waaay many people is dealing with this.
Ubisoft should fix this already.

I thought I was going mad..... at 73% and 2 closed doors. I put this game away back in May as I got pi55ed off with it due to not getting any further with it. Took it out again yesterday and still no joy. Surley there must be a fix for this?????

Okay, so in the PC version I was stuck at 27% as well. I had completed one of the main quest missions, then took a buddy mission and completed it, then tried to get the next main quest mission (killing one of the faction leaders). When I went to get the mission, I could get in the front door, but the office door was closed. In order to fix this, I reloaded the game from a save-point after I finished the last MAIN mission, but BEFORE i took the buddy mission. I then skipped the buddy mission entirely. This seemed to fix the problem.
