use the " - " dashes as well as checking the letter O and number 0, some get these mixed up. Also you must use your UBI account name and password.

I have done that, and here it's still not working. Have checked everything  I want to play online! |

Please also check that if your CD key is still invalid, keep in mind that a letter O is likely the number 0, and letter S is likely number 5. Have you downloaded the patches?
