after malaria atack, screen goes in/out focus 30 minutes...tried two different characters (Josip and Paul) and yes I took the medicine.

cant understand why more people have not complained about this, but 30 minutes of real time the screen going in and out of focus is horrible.

I basically watch the clock, try to do every thing in 30 minute blocks, then when a malaria attack happens, go park my character in the safe house for half an hour, walk away from the PC (since alt/tab stops the game apparently) and then return.

Tried "napping" to fast forward the game world, but that didnt work either

please help!
