has anyone figured out this issue? Im also having the same issue.. i tried the other way where you have to do the mission first BEFORE accepting the mission but the prisoner isn't there..

I just got past the part, this is my 2nd time through. I took the APR mission to free the guy from the brewery instead. I have 3 buddies alive. I'm really thinking you have to keep your buddies alive to keep this bug from getting you.

Hope the new patch they are working on fixes this.

I have 3 buddies and they're all alive and I still can't open the door there. Maybe someone know the different way? Or I won't finish the game? Frown

I just want to add the comment to this thread that I played through the entire game (100%) at Normal level and did not have these problems (doors always opened and prisoners were released). Now I'm playing through at the Hardcore level and I am stuck at trying to free the prisoner at Dogon Sediko. The door won't open. Is there anyone who is playing at Normal level stuck here?

I highly doubt the problem is related to difficulty level. I never encountered a game-stopping issue on either Hardcore or Infamous but I did run into a door I couldn't open at APR headquarters on Infamous.

so I took the suggestion to free the prisoner from the brewery BEFORE being flagged by the guard and that Allowed me to continue to the next mission.

What a stupid bug!
