Ok so Ive done all the fixes that I could possibly find. Changing to maximum 1 to disabling visuals on properties. I have a radeon x850 plat I updated to direct x9 I even down graded to windows xp Was using windows 7 Ive tried downgrading drivers upgrading still nothing Im finally asking for help I dont know my other specs tell me how to find it and ill show u I just want to play the game

If you have a Radeon X850, that's the cause of the problem, it's only got shader 2.0b hardware, and the game requires video cards with shader 3.0 hardware.

Unfortunately, it's time to upgrade your video card to a newer design if you want to be able to play the game, as ATI was really slow in adopting shader 3.0 compared to Nvidia, who implemented shader 3.0 with the GeForce 6000 series, whereas ATI waited till they introduced the X1000 series.
